1. Basics & Process

Q1: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OEM customization?

A: It depends on product complexity. For simple injection‑molded parts or printed items: 1,000–3,000 pieces. For electronic products or items requiring new molds: 3,000–5,000 pieces. Some existing‑mold products accept MOQ as low as 500 pieces. Please provide specifications and we will give you a clear MOQ.

Q2: Does the specified product procurement service support small batches?

A: Yes. We can find suppliers that accept small batches (e.g., 100–500 pieces), but small batches usually have a higher unit price. If you need a lower price, we can also help consolidate orders or recommend stock inventory.

Q3: Which countries and regions do you support for e‑commerce dropshipping?

A: Currently we mainly support the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Japan, and Australia. Other countries can be evaluated case by case; some shipments can go to the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Q4: Can I visit the factory first?

A: Of course. We can arrange a visit to our partner factories (advance reservation required). If you cannot come in person, we can also provide a video factory audit or a third‑party inspection report.

2. Price & Payment

Q5: Is the service fee for specified product procurement paid in advance or after delivery?

A: Typically 50% in advance, with the remaining balance paid after the order is completed and confirmed as acceptable. For long‑term cooperation, we can adjust to monthly or quarterly settlement.

Q6: Do you accept letters of credit (L/C)?

A: Yes. For OEM or large‑volume purchases, we accept L/C, subject to mutual confirmation of terms. For small orders or first‑time cooperation, T/T is recommended.

Q7: Can you provide VAT invoices or export tax rebate support?

A: We can issue Chinese VAT special invoices. Export tax rebate procedures can be handled by our cooperating customs broker. Please contact our customer service for details.

3. Quality & Certification

Q8: How do you ensure quality consistency for OEM products?

A: We implement a five‑level control system: sealed sample → pre‑production meeting → first‑article inspection → in‑process inspection → outgoing random inspection. Samples from each batch are retained for traceability.

Q9: Can you help with product certification?

A: We can assist in contacting certification bodies (such as SGS, TÜV, Intertek) for testing, or guide the factory through the certification process. Certification costs are borne by the customer; we do not add a service fee.

Q10: What if the received goods have quality problems?

A: Please take photos or videos immediately and contact us. Depending on the severity, we will arrange replacement, repair, or partial refund. Responsibility is determined according to the quality terms of the contract.

4. Logistics & After‑Sales

Q11: Can you help ship the goods to my designated overseas warehouse?

A: Yes. We support door‑to‑port (FOB), door‑to‑door (DDP/DDU), and direct shipment to third‑party overseas warehouses or FBA warehouses.

Q12: Can you provide multi‑language translation of product manuals?

A: We can provide basic translation services (English, French, Spanish, German, Japanese, etc.). Alternatively, you can provide the content and we will handle the typesetting and printing.
