Customizable Scope:

Service Content:

The customer provides product specifications, images, brand/model numbers, or target price ranges. Using our extensive China supplier database, we accurately match the most suitable factories and handle the entire procurement process – including inquiries, price negotiation, sample confirmation, factory audits, order follow‑up, quality inspection, and shipment coordination.

 

Applicable Customers:

 

· Overseas buyers who need specific products but have no China supplier contacts

· Companies wishing to diversify procurement risk or optimize existing supply chains

· Companies requiring temporary or small‑to‑medium batch sourcing – looking for stock or quick re‑orders

 

Service Process (brief):

 

1. Customer submits a product request list

2. Within 48 hours we recommend 2–3 alternative suppliers with comparison information

3. After customer confirms the preferred factory, we handle negotiation and sample arrangement

4. After order placement, we follow up on production progress and carry out quality inspection

5. Assist with logistics and documentation until shipment

 

Fee Structure:

 

· Service fee of 5%–10% of total procurement value (includes supplier sourcing, inspection, order follow‑up)

· Minimum service fee negotiable for first cooperation

· For long‑term framework customers, the fee can be reduced to 3%–5%
